Not Above You”
The pen is mightier than the sword — but only if you choose to use it.
Vulnerability Notice
enforcement stage and you fall into a vulnerable category (such as serious illness, disability, mental health issues, single parenthood, pregnancy, unemployment, or other protected circumstances under the Ministry of Justice’s National Standards), enforcement companies are bound by strict guidelines in how they handle you. In fact, they should refer your case back to the original creditor — yet too often, they push back unlawfully. I currently have multiple cases with the Enforcement Conduct Board because of this unacceptable behaviour. For £25, The Invisible Advocate will draft a formal Vulnerability Notice for you, placing it on file with both the enforcement company and the original creditor to ensure your rights are protected and your case is handled lawfully.
